SIA "Jelgavas pilsētas slimnīca" (Reg. No. 41703007038) invites applications for a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST position in the administrative team (permanent position) If you have: higher education at the academic level or professional level I education; experience in public sector procurement, including work with the Electronic Procurement System and the Public Procurement Supervision Bureau Publications Management System; solid understanding and knowledge of public procurement policies and procedures, as well as standard legal documents related to procurement and related processes; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to think analytically and make decisions; excellent MS Office skills. Your main work responsibilities will be: collect information on public procurements needed by the Capital Company; prepare, copy and distribute protocols, evaluation tables and other documents necessary for the public procurement commission; conduct procurement procedures and prepare documents in accordance with legal requirements (regulations, technical specifications, protocols); participate in public procurement commissions (position qualifies for civil servant status); ensure the procurement process, including document preparation; develop work tasks and format technical specifications in accordance with legal requirements; ensure communication and information exchange between involved parties in the EPS; regular cooperation with consultants, experts, etc., as well as regular market research; administer the course of procurement and publish procurement results in the EPS and PPSb in accordance with legal requirements.
