SIA "Rīgas nami" is a capital company of Rīga City Municipality whose main areas of activity are the preservation of cultural and historical heritage, property development, management and maintenance, market operations, as well as cultural event provision at the cinema "Splendid Palace" and Melngalvju House. SIA "Rīgas nami" invites applications for: PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST WE OFFER: a position in central Rīga engaging and dynamic work in a large company monthly salary of 2000 EUR before tax health insurance (after probation period) and other additional benefits specified in the collective labor agreement flexible working hours and the possibility to work remotely professional development opportunities YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Organization and implementation of procurements not subject to the Public Procurement Law, as well as - in certain cases - small public procurements in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures: ensure collection of necessary information for procurement and post-verification of technical documentation prepared by other structural units; development of procurement documentation - regulations, protocols, decisions, reports and correspondence; evaluation of received applications or bids from candidates or tenderers; completion of publications and placement of documents in Mercell or another below-threshold procurement supervision system (in case of procurement - in the E-Procurement System); management of contract preparation and conclusion process; participation in procurement commission and working group activities (work in the procurement commission is associated with civil servant status). WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: at least level 2 professional higher education in law, economics or equivalent field; experience working with procurements organized under the Public Procurement Law will be considered an advantage; experience working with the Procurement Supervision Bureau Publication Management System and E-Procurement System e-auction, e-order sections will be considered an advantage; experience working with iepirkumi.lv system or equivalent platform will be considered an advantage; ability to work in a dynamic environment and skill to effectively organize work, meeting deadlines and work tasks; excellent communication, argumentation skills and ability to work in a team; analytical thinking and accuracy in document preparation; computer skills at experienced user level; excellent Latvian language proficiency.
