About Us Nordic Wellness is Sweden's largest wellness chain with over 450 clubs and several padel facilities across the country. This gives us unique opportunities to continuously develop our clubs and stay at the forefront when it comes to offerings, quality, staff – and not least, pricing. We offer a wide range of fitness and wellness for all ages, have nearly 590,000 members, and are continuing our expansion journey forward. Our goal is to reach 600 clubs by 2030. About the Role As a group fitness instructor, you are a central part of our members' experience – you are ambassador, inspirator, and energy spreader. Your task is to deliver workout joy, create motivation, and give our participants that WOW-feeling that makes them want to come back. You should feel confident taking the spotlight, being yourself, and leading with both heart and energy – whether there are 10 or 100 people in the room. We Offer You: Training in the HYROX concept – we're behind it! A regular class/week (or more!) at one of our clubs where the need is greatest A workplace filled with commitment, development, and workout enthusiasm We're Looking for Someone Who Can: Teach 1–2 regular classes per week Be available mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekends (depending on need) Who Are You? You don't need to be a certified instructor already – we'll train you!
