We are now seeking a Rental Car Manager who, with great commitment and drive, wants to help develop two of our important business areas. The Mobility Department consists of Hertz Car Rental and Rulla Car Pool. We are looking for someone with strong leadership qualities and a heart that burns for service, rental cars, and business. You will be responsible for our entire mobility department and drive it forward with commitment, business acumen, and a genuine desire to give every customer a world-class experience.
Your main areas of responsibility:
Lead and develop the team within the department, with a focus on engagement, well-being, and competence.
Take responsibility for the department's results, from daily operations to strategic development, with a focus on profitability, occupancy, and customer satisfaction.
Develop and drive our businesses within Hertz and Rulla and ensure that the offering maintains a high standard throughout the entire customer journey.
Ensure a smooth and efficient car rental process that includes the vehicle fleet, availability, booking flows, and service.
Work closely with internal departments such as sales, workshop, and claims workshop, as well as with external mobility partners.
