We are now seeking an experienced Hydraulics Engineer who wants to play a key role in Olsbergs Hydraulics' continued development journey. About the Role As a Hydraulics Engineer at Olsbergs Hydraulics, you will become an important part of the company's R&D operations in Eksjö. The role is broad and combines hands-on technical work with development, testing, troubleshooting, and future product development. Initially, you will contribute to several ongoing development and investment projects related to production equipment and test environments. Over time, the role will increasingly focus on developing the company's existing and future hydraulic products and systems. You will work closely with colleagues in development, production, and quality while also having contact points within Hiab's international organization. Your responsibilities will include: Develop and implement hydraulic systems for both new and existing production equipment. Conduct tests and inspections of our own production equipment. Prepare technical documentation, hydraulic schematics, and design drawings. Ensure the company meets internal quality requirements and safety standards. Participate in and drive technical development projects. Contribute to future product development within hydraulics and electro-hydraulic control systems. About You We are looking for someone with solid experience in hydraulics and who thrives in an environment where technology, quality, and problem-solving are at the center. You have a good understanding of hydraulic components and systems and are comfortable working both theoretically and practically close to the product. We appreciate if you enjoy being out in operations, testing solutions, making adjustments, and verifying results. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and structured. You enjoy working independently but also have strong collaboration skills and appreciate sharing your expertise. Requirements for the Position: Several years of experience working with hydraulics Experience with development, troubleshooting, or verification of hydraulic systems Good understanding of technical drawings and hydraulic schematics Speak and write fluent Swedish and English Meritorious: Post-secondary technical education in, for example, mechanical engineering or hydraulics Experience with CAD What Can Olsbergs Hydraulics Offer You?
