HVB Blankversgatan is part of Nytida Alpklyftan together with HVB Hallegatan and HVB Villa Parkudden. The facility serves young people and young adults aged 16–21 who need daily support due to psychosocial issues, neuropsychiatric disabilities, or significant school absence. The young people receive coordinated services based on an agreed implementation plan and their individual goals and circumstances. Goals are monitored continuously and the young people have high involvement in the work. The residents are to some extent independent and receive support and care tailored to individual needs.
The residence has 6 places in the form of HVB apartments with private kitchens and bathrooms. There is a shared kitchen and living room. The residence has staff around the clock. The work team is small and characterized by good collaboration, extensive experience, high commitment, and strong responsibility.
About the Role
The treatment worker's work aims to meet young people in need of support and guidance. The role requires a confident and independent person who can work alone during much of the shift while maintaining structure, calm, and professional conduct in all situations.
Work tasks include treatment work such as motivational conversations, coordinating interventions, liaising with authorities, skills training, and documentation. The work requires strong decision-making abilities, responsibility-taking, and independent action based on local and central procedures in arising situations.
As a treatment worker, you are responsible for following applicable legislation and facility procedures, including those regarding hygiene and food safety as well as medication management. The work is conducted through contact person arrangements, and the residence involves both independent work and on-call nights.
Your Experience and Knowledge
You are a social worker, behavioral scientist, or hold another university degree in a behavioral science field. Applicants with a 2-year post-secondary education including 400YH hours with a focus on social work are also relevant.
You have worked for several years with children and young people, preferably in treatment. Ideally, you have further training in treatment methods common in the profession, such as family treatment, ÅP, or similar. You have a Class B driver's license.

The position requires an extract from the police suspicion and conviction register.
Employment Type: Permanent position with 6 months probation.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
