The chairman supervises Studentgården's house manager. Now Akademiska Föreningen is seeking a new house manager for Studentgården! The role of house manager involves overseeing relations between tenants and ensuring, together with the chairman, that the property is maintained in good condition and clean. Your responsibilities include cleaning the grounds, systematic fire safety work, reporting any issues, grass cutting, and more. As a house manager, you will have extensive contact with both guests and colleagues, and it is therefore important to us that you can collaborate and communicate well with others. You will communicate with guests before and during their stay, and one of your main tasks is to ensure that tenants are informed and satisfied. As a house manager, you should be responsible, efficient, and self-directed. If you are practical-minded and systematic, this is a merit! It is necessary that the house manager lives nearby (ideally within Vellinge Municipality) to efficiently carry out inspections and be able to assist guests on-site. A B-category driver's license is a requirement to apply for the position. The position comprises 30 percent of a full-time position. Start date August 2026.
