BEST WESTERN Royal Star Hotel is a four-star business and conference hotel located in Älvsjö next to Stockholm Fair. The hotel features 103 spacious and well-appointed rooms, designed for both conference guests and families with children. We also have three conference rooms, a bar, an à la carte restaurant, and one of Stockholm's largest hotel gyms. We are looking for a committed and experienced housekeeping manager for the hotel. As a housekeeping manager, you will lead and delegate work on your department and play an active role in daily operations. You are responsible for cleaning hotel rooms and other guest areas such as corridors, dining room, meeting rooms, and lobby. You are responsible for existing and new staff and provide support where needed. You conduct quality checks on cleaned rooms, place orders, and create schedules based on occupancy. You are meticulous, have an eye for the extra details, and love both service and hospitality. We are looking for someone with experience in the housekeeping manager role and previous personnel responsibility. You are solution-oriented, have a sense of responsibility, and have good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both spoken and written form. We offer you a permanent position with a 6-month trial period. Start date immediate, salary according to agreement, the work is scheduled both weekdays and weekends.
