Tassar Av Stål is a dog daycare in the scenic Södermalm neighborhood of Stockholm. We are a cheerful and very dog-enthusiastic team that is active and enjoys long walks together with our four-legged friends! This position is open from 10/1-26, but needs to be filled as soon as possible and includes: Monday 10:00-17:30 Tuesday 10:00-18:00 Thursday 10:00-16:00 Alternate Friday 10:00-16:00 and alternate Friday 10:00-17:30 Total 23.5 h/week and 25 h/week with good opportunities for overtime due to illness, parental leave, and vacation. For this position, we are looking for a person with a strong passion for dogs. Ideally someone with experience from dog daycare or dog boarding. Education or experience is a merit but not required. The right personality is more important! We would like you to be able to step in and work additional hours in case of illness or vacation. We are looking for someone who: - has good physical fitness and stamina - has high work ethic - sees solutions instead of obstacles - wants to learn - is kind, friendly & cheerful - takes responsibility - takes own initiative - is loyal - is very service-minded Description of duties: Approximately 3 hours of walks with dogs per day Cleaning the dogs' areas and the workplace spaces Washing, hanging, and folding laundry Some dog grooming Feeding the dogs Receiving and handing over dogs to owners and telling them about their day (both positive and negative things) in a very friendly manner Customer contact Light administrative tasks Opening and closing daycare independently Merits: Dog daycare training Other dog training Work at dog daycare Animal high school education (dog specialization) Extended internship/work training at dog daycare (preferably with references) Please feel free to learn more about us on our website!
