Has education in dog care (Dog Handler, animal care or other relevant qualification) Has previous experience working at a dog daycare Is responsible, thorough and has a genuine interest in dogs and their wellbeing Is stress-resilient Can handle high noise levels Is self-directed and takes responsibility Is used to working independently Is used to working in a team in close collaboration with colleagues Has good physical fitness and enjoys active work outdoors in all weather conditions Takes own initiative, there is always a task to be done Has good communication skills and can provide good and professional service when interacting with dog owners Has a genuine love for dogs! Your work tasks include... Receiving and handing over dogs at opening and closing Ensuring all dogs' safety, security and wellbeing Performing daily supervision, care and cleaning of the daycare premises and outdoor environment Handling any problems or conflicts that arise between the dogs in a safe and professional manner Following the daycare's routines, guidelines and policies We offer trial employment and welcome applications for both part-time and full-time positions, permanent employment as well as temporary/hourly work.
