About Humana Sjöstadsgården
Humana Sjöstadsgården is a comfortable elderly care home with 59 beds distributed across four floors – two dementia units and two somatic units. We work from a person-centered approach in teams consisting of registered nurses, nursing assistants, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, where together we create the best conditions for quality care and support.
Job Description
As a registered nurse at Humana Sjöstadsgården, you will be responsible for nursing care for 16 residents and, among other things, be responsible for ensuring that nursing interventions are planned, implemented, followed up, and evaluated. You are also an important part of the organization's and your colleagues' professional development, as you will also train and mentor nursing staff when needed.
Examples of Work Tasks
Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions.
Manage and follow up on documentation and incident reports.
Participate in admissions of new residents and be responsible for delegating healthcare tasks.
About the Position
Working hours and employment level: We offer a permanent position at 100%. Working hours are scheduled for daytime, between 07:00–17:00, with weekend duty every fifth weekend.
Salary: Salary is negotiable and other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.
Start date: The position has a planned start of September 1 or by agreement.

Who Are You?
For this position, it is required that you are a licensed registered nurse with experience from elderly care and preferably with experience in registering in various quality systems. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a team with colleagues.
We are looking for someone who:
Is a licensed registered nurse.
Has experience working in elderly care and dementia care.
Preferably has knowledge of documentation in the Vodok electronic health record system.
Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
A prerequisite for beginning employment with us at Humana is that you as an applicant can present a valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
