Now we're looking for a dedicated and skilled skin therapist/spa therapist who wants to join our team—someone who is passionate about their craft, service, and connecting with people. In this role, you'll primarily work with skincare and spa treatments, as well as in our Head Spa department. You don't need previous Head Spa experience—we'll provide you with supplementary training. You should be able to listen to customer needs, see opportunities, and have the courage to recommend a product, treatment, or upgrade when you genuinely believe it will give the customer a better result or experience. Head Spa – We'll Train You An important part of the position involves work in our Head Spa department. You don't need previous Head Spa experience. We'll provide you with the supplementary training you need to work confidently and professionally according to Beauty Corner's treatment concept. We'll train you in our treatments, procedures, and methods so you feel secure in the role. So we're not looking for someone who already knows everything, but someone with a strong professional foundation, willingness to learn, and the courage to continue developing. Qualifications We're looking for someone with: Training as a skin therapist, spa therapist, or massage therapist Good professional knowledge within your area of training A professional approach to treatment, hygiene, and customer service A genuine interest in skincare, beauty, spa, and wellness Ability and willingness to provide professional recommendations to customers Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility Professional experience is a merit but not required. We also welcome newly trained professionals, as long as you have the right competence, commitment, and attitude. If you have previous training or experience in areas such as massage, fitness, health, health education, or similar, we see that as a significant plus. Position: 75% Employment Type: Temporary Period: October 1, 2026 – July 11, 2027 Extension Possibility: Strong possibility of extension Working Hours: 30 hours/week, equivalent to 6 working hours per day when working 5 days/week Work Schedule: Varying hours including daytime, evenings, and every other weekend Workplace: Beauty Corner, Gothenburg Training: Supplementary training in our Head Spa concept is included Salary & Terms We offer a fixed hourly rate plus a bonus and commission-based component that provides the opportunity for increased compensation based on performance and sales. We have four salary levels, where your level is based on competence and development in the role. Base salary for 75%: 18,500 kr/month before tax, excluding bonus, commission, and any additional compensation. As an example, a therapist at salary level 2 could earn approximately 25,000 kr/month before tax at 75% employment, depending on bonus, commission, and additional compensation.
