We at Vardaga Kavlagården are now seeking a Group Manager for Health and Medical Care (HSL) for a permanent full-time position. The role involves spending 20% of your working time on administrative tasks and the remaining 80% working as a nurse within care services. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure high quality in the organization. Collaboration and Support You will be part of a team with care staff, specialist nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important part of your role is to coach and train care staff so that together you provide each resident with the best possible life. You work closely with the residents' group managers who are responsible for care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with teams in daily operations. Active Leadership To succeed as a manager and leader with us requires active leadership based on our values. Leadership that creates motivation and engagement among our employees. You will, among other things, lead other nurses, rehabilitation staff, and specialist nursing assistants in daily work, conduct follow-up meetings including development conversations, salary reviews, and rehabilitation consultations. About Kavlagården Kavlagården is a welcoming residential facility located in Huskvarna, which we operate on behalf of Jönköping Municipality. Here we offer 46 bright and well-planned apartments distributed across five units. Two of the units are specifically adapted for people with dementia. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
