JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
In your role as HSE & Quality Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the company's work in sustainability, health, safety, quality, and food safety for the organization's two production facilities.
You will initially work closely with the CEO and Vice CEO to gradually assume full responsibility for the area and drive the company's continued development in HSE and quality.
Your main tasks will include:
Drive, develop, and monitor the company's work in sustainability, health, safety, and quality.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines for HSE and food safety.
Responsible for and further develop the company's HACCP system.
Lead and manage certification work according to BRC and/or IFS standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor management systems, processes, and procedures for quality and food safety.
Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
Identify areas for improvement and drive long-term continuous improvement initiatives in the organization.
Train, support, and coach the organization in quality, work environment, and food safety.
Act as a specialist and advisor to the organization on HSE, quality, and food safety matters.
Work closely with management and contribute to the company's continued expansion and development.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

As a person, you are self-driven, unpretentious, and confident in your expertise. You have the ability to create engagement and build trusting relationships at all levels of the organization. At the same time, you are analytical, structured, and experienced in driving initiatives from idea to implementation.
We are looking for candidates with:
Several years of experience in quality, HSE, or food safety work within manufacturing industry.
Extensive knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
Experience working with or implementing certification standards such as BRC and/or IFS.
Experience with audits, deviation management, and systematic improvement work.
Good understanding of laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Driver's license (Category B).
Previous experience building or further developing management systems in a growing organization is highly meritorious.
