About the Client Company We are seeking HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) consultants for upcoming assignments with a growing industrial company in Ludvika. Konsultia works with many different industrial companies operating throughout Dalarna. Your Responsibilities As a consultant, you will have varying assignments depending on the company's needs. The assignments are often operational in nature where you work closely with different departments and play an important role in the daily workflow. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in HSE - (Health, Safety & Environment) who enjoys a role where safety, structure, and continuous improvements are in focus. To succeed in the role, we would like to see that you: To thrive and succeed in the role, we see that you have experience with: • Several years of experience with qualified HSE work, coordinating large infrastructure projects. Preferably within environmental and sustainability management. • Leading and coordinating sustainability requirements for compliance and delivery in procurement and project implementation, including cross-functional collaboration. • Communicating project-specific sustainability requirements to meet customer needs. • Good knowledge of Swedish occupational health and safety and environmental legislation. • Documented experience driving improvements in safety and occupational health. • Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new environments. • Good understanding of laws and regulations within the sustainability area. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Being driven and self-motivated with experience in self-leadership, as well as being a team player with a collaborative mindset. • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Desirable Qualifications • Post-secondary education in occupational health, environment, engineering, or similar.
