About the Position
At HS Konsult AB, you'll have an independent and dynamic workday where you collaborate closely with both clients and colleagues. You'll contribute your expertise and guidance while helping clients strengthen and develop their businesses. As an accounting consultant with us, you'll have a broad and varied role with responsibility for your own client portfolio, consisting mostly of small owner-led companies, limited companies, and sole proprietorships.
The majority of your clients are located in the Storvik area. Since the work is seasonal, we offer great flexibility – during peak season you'll spend more time at the office, while the off-season provides excellent opportunities for hybrid work.
Your responsibilities include:
Ongoing bookkeeping
Managing and developing your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability
Preparing financial statements and annual reports
Tax returns for both companies and individuals
Guidance on economics and business development
General tax advice
About You
We're looking for an accounting consultant who wants to take responsibility, contribute their expertise, and be part of developing our methods and processes. At HS Konsult AB, you'll have a central role in our financial advisory services and the opportunity to make a real difference.
You have a strong business drive and a genuine desire to create value for clients through professional and business-oriented advice. You thrive in a consulting role with significant personal responsibility and appreciate the opportunity to build and develop long-term client relationships. Furthermore, you work independently and take clear overall responsibility for your own client assignments. As a person, you're organized and meticulous, and experienced at creating order and driving processes forward with quality.
Qualifications
Relevant education in economics and accounting
At least 3-5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at a firm
Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns is required
Experience working with both limited companies and sole proprietorships
Good knowledge of accounting software such as Fortnox and Capego
