About the Position
At HS Konsult AB, you'll have an independent and dynamic workday where you collaborate closely with both clients and colleagues. You contribute expertise and guidance while helping clients strengthen and develop their operations. As an accounting consultant with us, you'll have a broad and varied role with responsibility for your own client portfolio, mostly consisting of smaller owner-managed companies, corporations, and sole proprietorships.
The majority of your clients are located in the Storvik area. Since the work is seasonal, we offer great flexibility – during peak season you spend more time in the office, while the low season provides excellent opportunities for hybrid work.
Your responsibilities include:
Ongoing bookkeeping
Lead and develop your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability
Preparing financial statements and annual reports
Tax returns for both companies and individuals
Business and financial advisory services
General tax consultation
About You
We're seeking an accounting consultant who wants to take responsibility, contribute their expertise, and participate in developing our methods and processes. At HS Konsult AB, you'll have a central role in our financial advisory and the opportunity to make a real difference.
You have a strong business drive and a genuine desire to create value for clients through professional and business-focused advice. You thrive in a consultant role with significant personal responsibility and appreciate the opportunity to build and develop long-term client relationships. You work independently and take clear overall responsibility for your own client assignments. As a person, you are organized and thorough, and experienced in creating order and driving processes forward with quality.
Qualifications
Relevant education in business economics and accounting
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at a firm
Experience preparing financial statements and tax returns is required
Experience working with both corporations and sole proprietorships
Strong proficiency in accounting software such as Fortnox and Capego
