We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused HR Partner who wants to work closely with our managers and be a central part in developing leadership, employee engagement, and a professional HR function. About Us The School Inspectorate works to ensure that all children and students receive equivalent education of high quality. Our HR unit consists of eleven employees with various areas of expertise – employment law, workplace environment, workforce planning, management support, organizational development, and HR administration. Together, we form a strong team that works closely with operations and contributes to creating a sustainable, modern, and legally sound agency. As an HR Partner, you will become an important part of the unit and get to work in an environment where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus. You will have significant opportunity to influence how HR work is shaped and how our managers are supported in their employer responsibilities. The HR Partner Role As an HR Partner, you play a key role in strengthening managers in their employer responsibilities. You function as their primary advisor on employer-related matters and ensure that leadership, workplace environment, rehabilitation, and personnel processes run smoothly in daily operations. You actively contribute to workforce planning and provide support on all types of HR-related questions. You are also a driving force in development projects within the HR area and ensure that the agency's employer policies are translated into practical action that makes a difference in operations. Your Profile We are seeking someone who has: A university or college degree in HR, behavioral science, or university or college education that the employer deems equivalent. Solid experience with broad HR work in a larger organization. Current experience working in public sector operations. Documented experience providing consultative management support on complex HR matters. Experience translating operational needs into practical HR solutions. The ability to create trust, security, and long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Meritorious: Experience working in a state agency. Experience working in an HR organization with specialist functions. Experience with change management and development projects. You are confident and experienced within the profession and enjoy close collaboration with managers, building relationships with ease and having a natural ability to create trust. Your attentiveness and unpretentiousness make others willing to turn to you with both everyday and more complex matters. You work analytically and in a structured manner while being solution-oriented and action-oriented. You take initiative, drive matters forward, and have the ability to independently navigate in a dynamic and knowledge-intensive environment.
