JOB DUTIES
As an HR strategist, you are responsible for maintaining and driving Region Kronoberg's strategic work within talent management.
In the role, you will among other things:
• Follow up on and keep the strategic talent management plan alive in the organization
• Monitor the external environment and analyze future competency needs
• Lead projects and development initiatives within, for example, recruitment, career models, and competency systems
• Plan and conduct trainings, workshops, and presentations in various forums for knowledge sharing
• Contribute to political assignments and operational assignments related to talent management
The role involves many contact points and suits you if you enjoy combining strategic thinking with practical implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
• Bachelor's degree from a Public Administration program or equivalent higher education
• A strong interest in talent management issues and experience working in the field
• Strong ability to communicate and create engagement with different target groups
It is advantageous if you have experience with development work, project management, or work with recruitment processes and competency systems.
