The HR Department & Job Responsibilities Welcome to a committed HR department where we work together to advance HR work in the best way. As an HR Specialist with us, you get an exciting job where you have the opportunity to make an impact and develop in a smaller state agency. The HR department consists of an HR Manager and two HR Specialists. As an HR Specialist with us, you work in a broad role where your area of responsibility is employment law, salary administration, and personnel statistics. The role consists of both operational and strategic work within your area of responsibility, and you work consultatively to support managers in their work. In your role as HR Specialist, you assist the agency with your knowledge of laws and agreements in the HR field. Within salary administration, you work with, among other things, salary reviews, salary administration, salary statistics, including personnel statistics, and serve as the contact person toward the State Service Center that handles our payroll. Furthermore, you work with other common HR tasks, such as developing governance documents, participating in union negotiations, HR administration, and personnel matters. As a small HR department, we help each other with all HR issues within the department. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with a three-year higher education degree in personnel/HR/behavioral science and experience in qualified HR work for at least three years. Current experience in providing professional and coaching management support in employment law and salary is also required, as is experience working with personnel and salary statistics with good Excel skills. It is also a requirement that you have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have experience in qualified HR work in public sector activities and experience that has given you good knowledge in salary administration. To thrive in this role, we see that you have an interest and drive to develop within the areas of employment law and salary administration. To succeed in the role, you need to be both collaborative and self-directed. It is natural for you to find solutions with an unpretentious focus on shared goals. Building good relationships is a clear success factor for you, both in relation to colleagues, union representatives, and external parties. You solve problems through understanding cause and effect, both in the short and long term, as you see logic and connections in complex situations. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to organize your work well.
