About Kungsbacka Parish
Kungsbacka Parish was formed in January 2026 and includes the congregations Kungsbacka-Hanhals, Tölö and Älvsåker as well as burial operations at six cemeteries. There are approximately 18,000 church members here and about 60 employees. The parish contains a rich and varied worship and parish life with people who want to share the church's faith and life, which provides a good platform for continued development.
As a new parish, we are now creating common structures and working methods, while each congregation continues its local work. Openness and inclusion are important guiding principles for us.
About the Position
As an HR specialist with us, you will have broad responsibility for developing and coordinating the parish's HR work. You work closely with the parish priest, who is also your immediate supervisor, and become an important part of the parish's management support. You will among other things sit on the management group and be a member of the parish's Work Environment Committee.
Since we are a newly formed parish, there are great opportunities here to help shape the work. You will develop many routines and processes, lay the foundation for common structures and contribute to creating a safe and clear HR function. The role involves both operational HR work and strategic development.
Your work tasks will include among other things:
Recruitment, induction and skills supply
Employment law issues and union cooperation
Manager support and advice, which includes actively supporting managers in various types of personnel matters
Organizational and social work environment
Rehabilitation and wellness
Salary processes
Development and development of the parish's HR strategy and common working methods

Qualifications
Academic education as a personnel scientist or other relevant education.
At least three years of experience in broad HR work.
Good knowledge of employment law and experience with union negotiations.
Good experience in handling various types of personnel matters.
Experience of working with HR in an organization under development is a merit.
Terms
Permanent employment, 100%.
