Join us! :-) About the Role As an HR Specialist, you will primarily work with recruitment. You will drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish and provide important support to our recruiting managers on both operational and strategic matters. Your main responsibilities: - Drive and manage complete recruitment processes – from requirements profiles and job postings to selection, interviews, and hiring - Provide close and coaching support to recruiting managers throughout the process - Manage administration in our recruitment system - Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the process - Support managers with recruitment-related questions based on applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines Work Location: Stockholm or Östersund What We're Looking For: - At least 3 years of experience, with the last 10 years working with recruitment in the public sector - Strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written Meritorious qualifications: - Completed a Personnel and Organizational Theory program or equivalent at the bachelor's level - Completed a YH (vocational upper secondary) education in HR where recruitment is included - Experience using the ReachMee recruitment tool As a person, we are looking for someone who works in a structured manner and has the ability to independently drive recruitment processes. You are results-oriented, take responsibility for achieving set goals, and ensure that each step in the process is executed with high quality. Your communication skills enable you to create clarity and trust in dialogue with both managers and candidates.
