Within the management and employee development area is the competency development operational area, which is responsible for the development, production, and management of centrally coordinated competency development for all of the agency's employees and managers. Media Production, E-Learning, Film The need for digital educational production in various competency development and training initiatives has increased significantly in recent years, which is why we need to strengthen our team with an employee with expertise in media production for e-learning. We often work in teams on our assignments but also completely independently. Your primary responsibilities will be to produce all aspects of film production with a focus on editing. You will also work on analyzing concept needs and developing film production concepts for e-learning.
