As an HR Specialist, you are responsible for the areas of attraction, recruitment, and onboarding. The role involves a mix of both operational and strategic tasks. You will primarily manage the agency's recruitment process by supporting managers in competence-based recruitment and managing and further develop the use of our recruitment systems drive the agency's employer branding work together with the communications department with the aim of attracting the right competence coordinate and plan the agency's joint introduction training shape and develop the agency's pre- and onboarding process.
