We at Jurek are now seeking a senior HR consultant/specialist in occupational environment for an assignment with a large public organization in Linköping. We're looking for someone who is confident in occupational environment matters and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The assignment is expected to start in August and run through January 2027. About the Role and Responsibilities In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing occupational environment work within the organization. You will work both operatively and strategically, with a focus on ensuring a sustainable and well-functioning work environment. You will: Independently manage and support the organization with acute occupational environment issues and contribute with solutions that ensure compliance and long-term improvement. Drive and develop occupational environment work through initiatives that strengthen the organization's structure, culture, and approach in this area. Work broadly within HR and contribute with a development-oriented perspective in various HR processes. Coach and support managers in change initiatives, with particular focus on occupational environment and organizational development. Collaborate closely with both HR colleagues and representatives from the organization to ensure effective and business-focused HR support. Take significant personal responsibility for planning and prioritizing your work, where you proactively identify needs and drive activities forward. Your Background, Experience, and Competence Academic degree in HR from an HR program or PA program, or alternatively other education/experience that we assess as equivalent. Between 5 to 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field. Deep and broad competence in occupational environment and have worked independently with acute occupational environment needs in operations as well as driven development work in this area. Have worked in a role as an HR generalist with occupational environment competence or as a specialist within the occupational environment field. Have worked with a development-oriented approach to HR from a broad perspective and are experienced in coaching managers in change processes. Are accustomed to independent work and recognize what needs to be done and prioritized. At the same time, the assignment requires significant collaboration with HR colleagues and organizational representatives. Since the assignment is complex, there are high demands on personal maturity, communication skills, and decisiveness. What We Offer A consulting assignment through Jurek Talents.
