RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Specialist in Occupational Environment, you are the municipality's expert in occupational environment and an important part of the municipality's comprehensive HR support in the organization. In this role, you are responsible for driving and developing processes that support the municipality's occupational environment work and contribute to healthy and sustainable workplaces. The role involves a varied day-to-day routine characterized by both long-term initiatives for good occupational environment and short-term support in work groups and individual cases. Mjölby Municipality is at the forefront of occupational environment processes and support materials. An important focus area going forward is to work together with colleagues to support managers in implementing our processes in daily operations. The goal is to promote health, strengthen health factors, and create sustainable operations with good results. In addition to the above, you will also work with, among other things: • collaboration both internally and externally with, for example, union representatives and occupational health services • planning and implementation of training initiatives and workshops • system administration • development of routines and working methods QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you have: • a higher education degree in HR/Personnel Science • experience with qualified HR work with focus on occupational environment and/or rehabilitation • experience in giving presentations and training • strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is meritorious if you also have: • extensive experience and knowledge in handling complex rehabilitation cases • good knowledge of laws and agreements within the occupational environment field • experience in preparing cases in a politically governed organization As a person, you are responsible, professional, and confident in your competence. You have a good ability to work both independently and together with others – you listen, show empathy, and respect. Furthermore, you have good communication skills and can adapt your presentations and communication to the target audience's needs and feedback.
