We have a well-functioning and trusting cooperation with our trade union organizations. You will become part of an HR unit consisting of an HR Manager, four HR Specialists, and one HR Administrator. You will be part of a municipality-wide HR network together with colleagues from the Central Administration Department and other departments. The HR unit is a valued and natural partner for our school leaders. In this role, you will provide support to operations managers on strategic HR matters and support school leaders with operational HR issues. The assignment is broad and varied and includes support with employment law matters, rehabilitation and occupational health issues, skills development, labor negotiations, redundancy and transition processes, as well as development of HR processes and methods. You will have great freedom to independently drive and develop your area of responsibility while being part of a team where collaboration is a natural part of daily work. We are looking for someone with academic education in HR or equivalent bachelor's-level education, together with experience in qualified HR work as an HR Specialist. You express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. Since the work involves close collaboration with the organization's various units, you need to have a Class B driving license. Experience with HR work in the public sector is an asset. As a person, you are curious, driven, and solution-oriented. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships and feel confident representing the employer in different contexts. You work in a structured manner, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a good ability to prioritize in a varied working day.
