About the job As an HR specialist in work environment, you will primarily focus on creating the conditions for successful systematic work environment efforts. You work proactively and develop processes and methods to ensure that Skolverket fulfills its responsibilities under work environment and anti-discrimination legislation. You ensure that necessary training initiatives are carried out and that the agency's processes, decision-making materials, and methods align with current legal requirements. You develop our work on organizational and social work environment and lead the working group for systematic work environment efforts. When needed, you provide concrete support and guidance to your HR colleagues and to operations. You ensure the implementation of our internal work environment surveys and occupational rehabilitation initiatives, and participate in safety rounds. The unit provides support, establishes standards, and develops matters within areas such as work environment, employer policy, leadership, employee engagement, recruitment, and personnel administration. Skolverket has approximately 900 employees, of which about 50 are managers. You will work at our modern and spacious office in Solna Business Park. You also have the possibility to work up to 50 percent remotely. Read more at www.skolverket.se/jobb For this job you should have an academic degree in HR, law, or behavioral science, or alternatively other post-secondary education combined with experience that we consider relevant, several years of current experience independently driving operational and strategic work in the areas of work environment and discrimination, experience driving the development of guidelines and processes for systematic work environment efforts, experience providing support to managers and specialists in rehabilitation and discrimination matters, experience collaborating with work environment representatives or union representatives, good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you have experience in broad HR work and experience facilitating workshops and meetings. It is also an advantage if you have experience procuring system support within the work environment area. As a person, you need to be driven, engaged, and enjoy implementing new ideas and processes, be comfortable in the employer role, have the ability to work strategically and with a holistic perspective, be confident in yourself and your competence, with an ability to familiarize yourself with new contexts and contribute, have ease in collaborating and communicating with different people, groups, and at different levels within the organization.
