HR Partner (Temporary Replacement) at Westra Wermlands Sparbank

About the Role One of our HR department colleagues will be on parental leave, and we're looking for her temporary replacement. As an HR Partner with us, you'll have a broad and independent role working closely with both managers and employees. You'll be an active support throughout the employee journey and contribute to creating an attractive workplace where our employees thrive, develop, and perform. As an HR Partner, you report to the HR Manager and work together on both operational and strategic responsibilities including: Personnel Administration Support and coach managers in employment law, rehabilitation, and work environment matters Work with recruitment and competency planning Contribute to the administration and development of HR processes and methods Drive and participate in HR-related projects Work on questions related to culture, engagement, and leadership To succeed in this role, we're looking for a driven and organized colleague who enjoys being where the action is, is flexible, and enjoys working with people. About You We're looking for someone with a relevant university degree in HR or equivalent, and preferably some years of experience in broad HR work. You're a trustworthy person with a consultative approach and thrive in an environment where you take responsibility and work close to the business.
