We are now looking for an HR Partner with work location in Umeå, Skellefteå, or Lycksele. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS As an HR Partner with us, you provide important service and enable initiatives that impact many. You work as an independent generalist with an outward-focused mission to support one or more operations within our organization. The main focus is to provide managers with operational support in their ongoing HR work. You will also be a partner in the operations' management group work and strategic matters. Together with others in HR and other support functions, we continuously work to develop processes and methods to provide professional and effective support to operations. There are opportunities to deepen your knowledge in different areas based on interest and competence, such as physician recruitment, organizational change, rehabilitation, or management recruitment. Region Västerbotten has a broad range of professions and functions, which makes the job wide-ranging and dynamic. It gives you the opportunity to support operations in various areas such as healthcare, service, IT, regional development, dental care, or support functions. With a coaching approach, you support managers at different levels in their HR work related to employees' journey through the organization. Workforce planning, compensation, work environment, rehabilitation, legal and contract matters are some important areas. You become part of a work group that enjoys working together! QUALIFICATIONS For this work, you need to have a university degree in HR or other post-secondary education that we consider equivalent. You have previous experience of broad, qualified HR work and are confident providing support at both operational and strategic levels. You are a trustworthy, positive, and development-oriented person who builds good relationships. To succeed in the role, you need to have strong initiative and the ability to involve and collaborate with others to achieve good results that strengthen the organization's conditions. You work independently, in a structured manner, and have a good ability to adapt your message based on audience and context. We are looking for someone who has an interest in staying updated in the HR field and who sees the opportunities with digitalization and new ways of working. Travel within the region occurs.
