Our Operations We are now seeking HR Partners who want to work in a dynamic municipal operation together with professional colleagues. You will work in a dynamic environment where you get to take responsibility and make a difference in people's everyday lives. Your Assignment In this role, you will work both operationally and strategically to provide qualified HR support to managers across all HR areas. You will be an important partner in matters concerning employment law, collaboration, competency supply, rehabilitation, work environment and change initiatives. Together with HR colleagues, you will also participate in strategic development work, design and implement training initiatives, and contribute to the development of HR processes and working methods. The work takes place in close collaboration with an experienced HR team where you collectively support the organization's managers. Your Experience We are looking for someone with higher education or university degree in HR or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Alternatively, you have several years of experience from a similar HR role. You have experience with comprehensive qualified HR work, are used to collaborating with labor organizations, and have good experience in providing consultative HR support to managers. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have good pedagogical skills to adapt information to different audiences. As a person, you are self-directed, proactive and responsible. You easily create and develop professional relationships, work solution-oriented and have the ability to see the broader picture of the operation and its long-term development. It is a merit if you have experience from municipal operations. Your Personal Qualities Proactive - takes initiative, starts activities and achieves results.
