JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an HR Partner, you are responsible for HR work for one to two departments. This means working in a structured and professional manner across the entire HR area with a coaching and consultative approach to the department managers based on SCB's employer policy. As an HR Partner, you are expected to be present in operational and management work and to have a proactive approach. You will also be responsible for monitoring the external environment and leading the development of operations within one or several HR areas, such as recruitment, work environment, competence supply, labor law, and wage formation. Within your area, you have a responsibility to involve HR colleagues and to support and educate both HR colleagues and SCB managers. The area you are responsible for may vary over time. Competence supply is a focus area for the HR unit in the coming year in supporting operations. The unit is responsible for leading and coordinating strategic and cross-agency HR issues. QUALIFICATIONS We want you to have: • A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences and at least 7.5 credits in labor law • At least 5 years as an HR Partner or equivalent, meaning significant personal responsibility for delivering professional HR services from a broad perspective in close dialogue with operations and its managers • Experience in handling employee matters based on work environment and labor law grounds • Led and driven project/change management work within one of the HR areas • Experience in planning and leading training/workshops • Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing, in both Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have: • Experience with HR work in public sector operations and/or operations with more than 800 employees • Experience with competency-based recruitment and social media such as LinkedIn • Experience with operations/organizational development and competence supply • Training in effective teams and GDQ certification • Knowledge in the area of personnel security For this to be a good match for both you and us, it is important that you have good collaboration skills, are confident in yourself, and contribute to a positive work environment.
