We are now seeking an HR Partner for NAISS who wants to develop in their role and help us find new ways to support the organization at the national level!
About the Position
You will work at one of LiU's center formations that operates at the national level. NAISS is the largest and most utilized research infrastructure in Sweden. We offer qualified and decentralized support through our offices across the country.
As an HR Partner with us, you will have a varied and exciting assignment where you are a key person in manager support across all HR processes, such as employment terms, work environment, change management, health promotion, rehabilitation, and recruitment. Your days will include both operational and strategic work. With us, you have the opportunity to independently shape and ensure professional and efficient HR support. You will primarily support NAISS managers and leadership, but also all employees at both LiU and other universities across Sweden.
You drive HR processes based on operational needs. As an HR Partner, you are also part of a larger network at the university and participate together with the university's central HR department and other HR colleagues in developing and implementing university-wide HR processes and procedures. We are looking for someone who is drawn to working in a complex organization where you often need to navigate multifaceted issues. In your daily work, you will encounter both large and small matters, and you should enjoy working with both administrative and operational HR issues as well as developing overarching HR processes.
About You
We are looking for someone with an academic degree from a higher education program in HR/Personnel or equivalent, as well as several years of experience in broad HR work in a generalist role, preferably in a larger, complex, and distributed organization.
You are relationship-oriented, develop long-term collaborations with managers, colleagues, and employees, and can adapt your communication to the situations and people you meet. You act with good judgment and can weigh together and consider multiple factors in your decisions. You are confident and stable, with the ability to understand the business and act proactively from its perspective. You are self-driven and structure your approach independently, driving your processes forward. It is important that you have strong ability to communicate in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We place great value on your personal qualities.
It is a merit to have experience with recruitment within a government agency or with recruitment of technical expertise at the international level.
Your Workplace
You will work at NAISS, which currently consists of 54 employees, in close collaboration with your colleagues in the administrative unit. The unit includes economists, administrators, communicators, and other support functions. Your direct manager will be the NAISS department head, who also heads the administrative unit.

Permanent position, full-time 100%.
The position is an HR Partner role.
Start as soon as possible or by agreement.
The position may be placed in a security classification. If so, a security clearance with record check will be conducted before an employment decision is made.
