As an HR partner, you will work specifically with several operational areas and combine your role with a focus area within HR. HR Partner at Södertälje sjukhus: As an HR partner, you will work closely with the operation's managers and provide qualified support across the entire HR field, such as competency supply, work environment and rehabilitation, salary matters, and labor law. You have a consultative approach where you guide, challenge, and contribute an HR perspective to the operation's development. Your role also includes: - Being an active HR partner in the operational area's management team and contributing to both strategic and operational matters - Having a special responsibility area for work environment, where you use your in-depth expertise to drive, coordinate, and develop the hospital's joint work environment efforts, processes, and methods - Participating in hospital-wide HR assignments and development work - Contributing to the development and implementation of shared HR processes - Supporting effective collaboration between operations, managers, employees, and trade unions. By combining HR expertise with an understanding of the operation's needs, you contribute to good conditions for managers and employees and, in turn, to safe and high-quality care for our patients. Your Qualifications: Requirements: - Academic degree in Human Resources, HR, or equivalent. - Several years of experience in broad HR work. - In-depth knowledge and experience in the work environment field, with experience in independently driving and developing work environment matters and methods. - Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written. Merits: - Experience working strategically with work environment matters at the organizational level. - Experience working in public sector operations and/or within health and medical care.
