We are now looking for someone who wants to become an HR Operations Specialist in our People team. How you will make a difference with us As an HR Operations Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring smooth, user-friendly and high-quality HR delivery throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring and changes to exit. You are the main point of contact between Telenor Sweden's HR Operations and global HR shared service support and work closely with various functions to create efficient processes and a good experience for both managers and employees. You have a central role in operational delivery and are responsible for ensuring that HR issues and cases from leaders and employees are handled efficiently. You provide specialist support in HR matters and ensure that critical issues are escalated and driven to resolution. You monitor the status of our HR services and case flows to identify priorities, reduce friction and create a more seamless experience for managers and employees. You will also work on identifying recurring issues, improving processes and developing our ways of working together with involved functions in HR and payroll processes as well as with our IT integrations. You will also be responsible for and coordinate areas such as employee surveys, HR-related reporting, privacy matters and selected administrative processes within HR Operations. In this way, you contribute to efficient HR delivery and strengthen the quality of our HR processes. Are you the one we're looking for? We need someone who is on their toes! You have strong self-drive, like taking ownership and thrive in a role where you can combine problem-solving, collaboration and development work. You are curious about how processes and systems can be improved and have the ability to create structure even when many issues are running in parallel. We would like to see that you have: At least 4-5 years of experience working in HR Operations, HR Support, HR Administration or similar field Experience with HR systems such as Oracle, Workday or equivalent Experience working with HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle Experience coordinating complex cases and collaborating with various stakeholders Very good communication skills in Swedish and English It is advantageous if you have: Experience in process development and continuous improvement work within HR Experience with HR-related reporting, data quality or compliance matters Knowledge of GDPR, privacy or HR system integrations To succeed in the role, we believe you are solution-oriented, responsible and confident in independently driving issues forward.
