HR Manager
We are now seeking an HR Manager to join the management team and work in the Nordic operations, responsible for HR matters in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. The role is a senior leadership position where you are expected to have a helicopter perspective and work both strategically and operationally as part of a team where we collectively achieve our results. The role encompasses tasks across all HR areas and responsibility for driving your own projects as well as participating in group initiatives. Within the group, we value close collaboration, and in the HR area, you will work with both the headquarters in Germany and with HR managers in our region, which spans from Spain to the Nordic countries.

The HR department, where you will work together with two engaged employees, has overall responsibility for developing, coordinating, and advancing Sto Scandinavia's personnel policies. The department works strategically to develop the company while also serving as a service and support function whose primary task is to support managers and employees in all HR matters. Sto Scandinavia is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.

We seek someone with academic education in HR/behavioral science or other education deemed equivalent. You have several years of experience in HR work at a strategic management level and you value trustful collaboration with both the organization and our union representatives. You also have experience in successfully driving development and change initiatives.
As a person, you are outgoing, driven, and communicative. Since you will be working on many parallel processes, it is important that you have a structured work approach and prioritize your tasks efficiently. Furthermore, you have integrity and a business-minded approach to your work. You must have good knowledge of Swedish and English as you will be working in both languages. Good knowledge of German is a merit but not a requirement.
The position is based at the headquarters in Linköping, but you must be prepared to travel within the Nordic region and to the headquarters in Germany.
