In collaboration with our client, a leading international company headquartered in Gothenburg, we are now seeking an HR Coordinator with a focus on employee mobility. In this role, you will work broadly with consulting and administration related to personnel transfers across borders. You will become an important part of a skilled team with global reach and significant responsibility for ensuring smooth transitions for employees moving between different countries. About the RoleAs an HR Coordinator, you will support the organization with matters concerning employee transitions between different countries, both temporary and permanent relocations. It is a varied role where you work both operationally and consultatively – from managing administrative processes to providing support and guidance to managers and other HR functions in areas such as compensation matters, establishment in a new country, practical relocation matters, and coordination with external parties. You will work closely with colleagues in Gothenburg as well as international teams, particularly in Europe. The role also involves collaboration with external specialists in areas such as tax matters, insurance, and relocation. You will be responsible for following up on cases, coordinating between multiple stakeholders, and ensuring that all parts of the process maintain high quality and comply with policy. We Are Looking for YouWho has relevant post-secondary education in HR, personnel management, or similar Who has previous experience from a broad HR role Who is confident working independently with both administrative tasks and providing guidance to managers Who has excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who is thorough, solution-oriented, and enjoys a role with many contact points To succeed in this role, we see that you have an interest in working in a global context where regulations and processes often vary between countries. You are service-oriented, flexible, and have a knack for creating good collaborations, both with internal and external parties. Previous experience in an HR role with a focus on international employee mobility, compensation/benefits, or global coordination is considered a merit. About the PositionThis is a consulting assignment where you will be employed as a consultant at OIO. The assignment is 12 months.
