About the Assignment We at Novare are a proud and approved supplier of Sweden's government framework agreement. We are now looking for an HR consultant for an agency in Stockholm. The agency currently needs an HR consultant. As an HR consultant, you will primarily work providing advice and support in areas such as labor law, recruitment, and systematic workplace environment work/rehabilitation to the agency's managers. You will also handle operational administrative processes and systems within the HR field. You will be an important part of the agency's work and contribute to developing and simplifying HR processes. For this role, we are looking for someone who is driven, self-directed, and communicative. You are confident in your knowledge and have a natural ability to collaborate with others. Requirements for the Position - relevant academic degree - documented knowledge of labor law, recruitment, and systematic workplace environment work - at least three (3) years of experience in operational HR work, preferably within public administration - good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Meritorious Requirements for the Position - experience with similar work at a government agency Assignment Period and Scope The assignment is full-time for the period 2026-09-01 – 2027-02-28. The placement location is at the agency in Stockholm, with remote work possible by agreement.
