We're now looking for an HR consultant for a full-time temporary position. We're looking for someone who wants to be a trusted employer partner for our managers – and an important part of an HR team where responsibility, innovation, and kindness are more than just words. The temporary assignment runs from as soon as possible, by agreement, until June 30, 2027 at the latest. That gives you plenty of time to get to know our operations, become part of the team, and make a real difference. This is the assignment As an HR consultant with us, you're an important employer representative. You support managers in both daily operations and strategic decisions – where employment law, work environment, and operational needs meet. You work both operatively and strategically, and together with a colleague you support part of our organization. You participate in management meetings and collaboration forums and contribute the HR perspective when the organization needs to make various decisions. You will, among other things: support managers in employment law matters and individual cases manage rehabilitation and other employer processes contribute analysis and impact assessments for decisions help managers and operations see the bigger picture contribute to developing our methods and HR processes. For us, HR isn't just about knowing what applies. It's also about translating that knowledge into practice, communicating in a way that's usable, and contributing to sound decisions that stand the test of time. We're not looking for a superhuman But there are some things that are particularly important to us. You need relevant academic education in HR/personnel or other education that we consider equivalent. You have experience with qualified HR work and feel confident providing consultative support to managers. We place particular emphasis on you: having practical experience in employment law and individual cases being able to carry the employer perspective and be confident in your professional judgment communicating clearly, pedagogically, and in a trust-building manner, both verbally and in writing being able to see the bigger picture, draw conclusions, and reason about the consequences of different choices being curious, taking responsibility, and wanting to contribute to development being a team player who likes to share, ask questions, help out, and receive help. Experience from municipal government, other public sector, or politically governed operations is meriting. It's also meriting if you have experience in negotiations and collaboration. You don't need to know everything. We have different competencies on the unit and specialists in recruitment and work environment, among other areas. The important thing is that you have a solid foundation and both want and can contribute from day one.
