In the HR department, we work together to provide the organization with qualified and operationally close HR support. We develop and ensure the quality of the municipality's HR processes and support managers in important matters that enable Norrköping Municipality to deliver high-quality welfare to residents. As an HR Consultant in recruitment, you will become part of the talent acquisition unit and our recruitment team of nine colleagues. Together we are responsible for all parts of the municipality-wide recruitment process, we train managers, and we manage our recruitment systems. We also work with employer branding, manager and leadership development, and other important aspects of the municipality's talent acquisition. Your responsibilities As an HR Consultant specializing in recruitment, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from start to finish. You work closely with recruiting managers and serve as a professional and trusted support throughout the entire process. Your responsibilities include: - Conducting needs analyses and developing job profiles - Formulating and publishing job advertisements - Working with search and candidate attraction - Conducting selection and competency-based interviews - Taking references and conducting follow-ups - Providing support and advice to managers throughout the recruitment process You will work with recruitment assignments for all seven offices of the municipality, which together comprise over 11,000 employees, giving you a varied daily work with many contact points and the opportunity to build broad knowledge of the municipality's operations. The role also involves working with colleagues to continue developing the municipality's recruitment efforts with a focus on operational needs, future talent acquisition, and a positive candidate experience. You may also participate in development projects, working groups, and take responsibility for specific areas within talent acquisition. Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a university degree in HR, behavioral science, or another field that the employer considers relevant. You have experience with competency-based recruitment and feel confident independently driving recruitment processes from start to finish. You have experience supporting managers, and we would like to see that you have worked in a larger organization. It is an advantage if you have experience with recruitment systems and assessment tools, and you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You find it easy to build trusting relationships and are skilled at meeting both managers and candidates in a professional and attentive way, even in situations that demand a high level of judgment and communication. You enjoy taking responsibility for your work and have the ability to plan, prioritize, and adapt based on operational needs.
