Job Responsibilities
Provide operational and advisory HR support to managers
Handle employment law matters, rehabilitation, and personnel issues
Support workplace environment initiatives, skills planning, and organizational changes
Prepare documentation, analysis, and decision support materials
Collaborate with managers, employees, and labor union representatives
Requirements for the Role
At least 3 years of current experience in qualified HR work
Experience in providing managerial support on personnel matters
Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective agreements
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Merits
Experience from municipalities, regions, or other public sector organizations
Experience in rehabilitation, workplace environment, and labor union collaboration
Familiarity with HR systems and digital personnel administration

Work Location and Arrangement
