At Säter Municipality, you will use many aspects of your HR expertise and become an important support for the municipality's managers. The HR unit is part of the Municipal Executive Office sector and serves as the municipality's central HR function. The team currently consists of an HR Manager and an HR Consultant. We are now expanding with an additional colleague. Together, we are responsible for the municipality's HR processes and provide support to managers throughout the organization. As part of a small HR team, you will gain good insight into operations, close collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact. You work both independently and together with colleagues. 1 position(s). DUTIES As an HR partner, you provide broad, consultative, and qualified HR support to the municipality's managers. You work across the entire HR field, from ongoing management support and recruitment to employment law, occupational environment, rehabilitation, labor relations cooperation, compensation matters, and organizational changes. The role also includes developing HR processes, creating procedures, and implementing training initiatives. Rehabilitation is an area we want to continue strengthening. You will therefore have an important role in supporting managers and helping develop the municipality's work in this area. For more complex matters, you are expected to independently analyze the situation, assess possible courses of action, and provide the manager with clear and qualified recommendations. You support the process and contribute to decisions being made on solid grounds. The work is varied and sometimes you need to quickly adapt and reprioritize. In our small HR team, we help each other with the bigger picture. You therefore need to be comfortable switching between qualified advice, development work, and the administrative and practical tasks that keep HR operations running smoothly. To succeed in this role, you need to be responsible and able to create structure in your work. You drive your issues forward, prioritize when multiple needs compete for your time, and exercise good judgment when circumstances change. You build trusting relationships and are responsive to operational needs while contributing a clear professional HR perspective. You are confident in your professional role, communicate clearly, and act with integrity even in difficult conversations and complex situations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you if you have: · Bachelor's degree in human resources and work life · Experience with broad HR work in the public sector · Experience independently providing HR support to managers · Good knowledge of employment law and experience applying employment law regulations in HR work · Good digital skills and ease in learning new systems and digital ways of working · Expresses yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing · Class B driver's license It is meritorious if you have: · Experience independently managing rehabilitation matters, including more complex cases · Experience working in a politically governed organization · Knowledge of collective agreements within municipal operations · Good knowledge of occupational environment regulations Employment Type: Permanent.
