For our operations in Mönsterås, we are therefore seeking an HR and Health & Safety Manager who wants to drive this development together with us. What You'll Work With at Södra In your role as HR and Health & Safety Manager, you will have a key position where you combine strategic work with operational presence in the business. You are a central enabler for the business – by developing working methods, strengthening leadership, and creating sustainable, efficient organizations. You will be part of Södra Cell Mönsterås management team and actively contribute to the business's goals from a clear business perspective. Here, you are expected not just to manage – but also to challenge, develop, and think innovatively about how HR and H&S contribute to business value in an increasingly digital and changing environment. You will also work with: leading, coordinating, and further developing work within HR as well as health and safety driving change initiatives focused on efficiency, digitalization, and long-term sustainability strengthening the organization's capabilities in leadership, work environment, and culture coaching and supporting managers in both operational and strategic matters identifying improvement opportunities and translating insights into concrete measures that benefit the entire business This position is a permanent full-time employment, based in Mönsterås. Travel will occur. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone driven by developing both people and business – and who sees HR and H&S as a strategic partner to the business rather than a support function. You are comfortable with change, enjoy thinking innovatively, and have the ability to translate strategy into real impact in the organization. To succeed in this role, you need: a strong holistic perspective and ability to prioritize coaching, inclusive, and clear leadership excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels curiosity about how digital working methods and data can develop HR work We also see that you have experience with: leading HR work in a larger and preferably complex organization managerial or leadership roles where you have driven change and development labor law, negotiation, and union cooperation working values-driven and building learning organizations creating collaboration between different functions and stakeholders If you have experience from adjacent areas – for example, operations development, production, or change management – we see this as a merit, as it strengthens your ability to work close to the business and across functions.
