Job Description As an HR Generalist at the institution, you support managers in their daily work to create favorable conditions for our employees, with a clear focus on retaining our staff and creating a stable work environment. The main focus is providing operational management support with an emphasis on labor law, rehabilitation, systematic workplace environment management, and union cooperation. You will collaborate with different professional groups at the institution, within the agency, and with external stakeholders. The following are examples of work tasks: Operational management support on labor law matters and collective agreement interpretation Handle and manage rehabilitation cases and work accommodations Prepare and conduct union negotiations and cooperation Support managers with personnel matters and conflict resolution Coordinate systematic workplace environment management (SAM) at the institution Serve as the institution's contact with the central HR department Support operations in the annual salary review process Other relevant HR tasks You have experience and knowledge of working with various personnel systems. At SiS we work in Primula and Reachmee, to mention a few systems. As a new employee at SiS, you will complete SiS basic training. Qualifications To perform this work to the best of your ability, we see the following requirements: Academic degree in Personnel/HR or equivalent experience. Experience with broad operational HR work. Good knowledge and current experience in labor law advisory. Experience providing management support in all relevant HR matters. Good knowledge of workplace environment legislation, systematic workplace environment management, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes.
