About the Assignment
Adecco is now seeking an HR Generalist for a consulting position with one of our clients in Malmö. You will have the opportunity to work broadly within HR and serve as an important support function in the organization.
The assignment starts immediately and runs until the end of 2026/2027, with the possibility of extension thereafter. The position is full-time, 100%, with working hours during daytime, Monday to Friday.
As a consultant, you are employed by Adecco and work at our client's location.
About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will work broadly with HR-related issues and provide professional and advisory support to the organization's managers and employees. The role suits you if you feel confident in your HR competence and appreciate handling a variety of HR-related questions.
Your tasks may include:
- Advice and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Support with matters related to labor law, work environment, and personnel issues
- Handling and follow-up of rehabilitation cases
- Support through various stages of the employee lifecycle
- HR administration and documentation
- Collaboration with different parts of the organization and other HR functions
About You
We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education in HR/personnel or equivalent experience, and who has worked broadly within the HR field. You feel confident in your professional role and have the ability to independently manage and handle various types of HR issues.
To succeed in the role, we would like you to have:
- Experience in broad HR work, preferably as an HR Generalist, HR Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar
- Good understanding of HR processes and personnel-related matters
- Experience providing advice and support to managers and employees
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Experience with rehabilitation matters is a merit
- Experience from public sector operations is a merit

You have a solution-oriented approach and can handle both routine HR matters and more complex personnel issues in a structured way.
