We have operations in Fjugesta, three miles west of Örebro, and a satellite unit in Gammelbo, 3 miles north of Lindesberg. The girls come to us because they have psychosocial problems and issues with criminality or drug abuse. Job Description Join us on our transformation journey! The role is an important part in creating conditions for SiS to establish a more equitable and efficient approach throughout the organization. As an HR Generalist, you support the facility's managers and help create conditions for them to fully do what they do best—be present leaders. In the role, you work operatively, independently, and broadly with the entire HR area, which includes recruitment, systematic workplace safety, rehabilitation, competency development, labor law such as terms and agreements. You will collaborate with different professional groups at the facility, within the agency, and also with external partners such as occupational health services. You have experience and knowledge of working in various personnel systems. At SiS, we work in Primula and Reachmee, to name a few systems. As a new employee at SiS, you will undergo SiS basic training. Qualifications To perform the work to the best ability, we see the following requirements: - Academic degree in HR or equivalent experience. - Experience of broad operational HR work. - Good knowledge and current experience of labor law advice. - Experience with competency-based recruitment. - Experience of providing management support in all HR matters. - Good knowledge of workplace safety legislation, systematic workplace safety work, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes. Meriting: - HR work experience at SiS - Experience in practical application of state labor law. - Experience with administrative systems such as Besched, Ciceron/Diabas, Primula, Qlicksense, ReachMee, Netwick, etc. - Experience with file management and handling matters related to disclosure of public documents. Through your way of working, you build trust with those you meet based on your profession. You have a strong interest in handling the full range of HR matters and, if needed, also contribute with the unit's other administrative tasks, including file management and disclosures of public documents. You should also have the ability to plan, structure, and prioritize work tasks.
