Your Assignment As an HR Generalist at FRA, you are placed at the HR office, which handles all personnel-related matters for the agency. In our different roles, we drive and develop the agency's personnel and compensation policies, work environment initiatives, strategic competence planning, and recruitment. We leverage each other's expertise and actively work to develop our processes and ways of working. We strive to offer high-quality support and good service while making the operations' needs our own. We also have fun at work! Since FRA is growing and we constantly adapt and change according to operational needs, the HR Generalist role may evolve over time. Currently, you will primarily work with recruitment. You drive the entire recruitment process from start to finish and provide important support to our managers. You ensure that our recruiting managers feel confident that we follow laws and regulations and guide them toward the right procedures. Your main tasks are to: · Drive and take responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from job profile and job posting to selection, interviews, and hiring. · Provide close and coaching support to recruiting managers throughout the process · Handle ongoing administration throughout the recruitment process · Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience in all parts of the process · Support managers on recruitment-related questions concerning laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. · Drive and participate in various projects related to the HR office When needed, you will also support other areas of the HR office. You will contribute with employment law advice and broader support in other HR-related matters. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: · Academic education in Personnel and Labor Science from a university or college, or equivalent education. · At least 3 years of experience with broad HR work including recruitment · Experience with HR work within a government agency or public administration · Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written We consider it a merit if you have: · Experience with recruitment in the state sector · Experience working with competency-based recruitment · Experience providing advice on employment law matters · Experience with project management Your Personal Qualities We are looking for someone with the following characteristics: · Personal maturity – You are secure, stable, and have self-awareness. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security classification.
