About the Correctional Service The Correctional Service is growing – we are building new facilities, renovating, and expanding, and we are now seeking more employees. We are the authority responsible for prisons, probation services, detention facilities, and prisoner transport. The Correctional Service's national HR department comprises approximately 400 employees. We are on an exciting development journey where you will become an important part in developing a newly established HR section that provides support to the Transport Department. Together with the HR Manager and three HR Experts, you will shape and develop employer support that meets the department's needs and, together with managers, realize the Correctional Service's employer policy. Job Description As an HR Expert, you provide consultative and coaching support to the department's managers on HR-related matters with a particular focus on occupational environment. The role also involves working to maintain, clarify, and further develop the Correctional Service's strategies, policies, and processes in this area as well as the application of current legislation. You participate in competence development initiatives for managers, conduct investigations and analyses for monitoring and decision-making support. The assignment involves both working on long-term initiatives for a sustainable work environment and providing short-term support in individual cases. The Correctional Service's occupational environment work is characterized by diversity, work satisfaction, equality, learning, and collaboration. Within Operations-Related HR, we have national networks linked to our various focus areas, and you will therefore regularly collaborate with HR colleagues in the same role from the rest of the country. Business travel may occur. The position is located in Norrköping. The Correctional Service offers the possibility of remote work agreements and flexible working hours. We are looking for someone who has: Academic education in the HR field or another academic orientation that the Correctional Service deems relevant Experience in providing independent consultative HR support to managers and organizations with a particular focus on occupational environment Experience in developing support materials and developing work methods in the HR field Experience in producing reports, statistics, and other decision-making materials Very good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish It is also meritorious to have: Experience working with all aspects of rehabilitation cases Experience working with workplace culture in a larger organization Experience in HR work in public operations, preferably a state authority Experience in training in the HR field Experience working with occupational environment issues in a 24/7 operation Experience working with proactive occupational environment initiatives in a larger organization Good knowledge of occupational environment legislation Other Information The Correctional Service has chosen to remove the personal letter and replaced it with selection questions relevant to the position.
