Jefferson Wells is now looking for an HR consultant for an exciting assignment in the automotive industry in Gothenburg. Here you will have the opportunity to develop within HR Operations and contribute to a professional employee experience in an international organization. About the Assignment As HR Contact Support, you will provide support to employees, HR Business Partners, and managers on various HR-related questions. You will be an important part of the HR function and be responsible for providing excellent service via phone and email as well as guiding users to effective self-service solutions. The assignment is placed within People & Culture and HR Operations. Start: As soon as possible End: December 31, 2026 Location: On-site at our client's office 5 days/week Key Responsibilities In this role you will, among other things: Be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR Business Partners on HR-related questions. Handle incoming requests via phone, email, and chat. Provide guidance on HR processes, policies, and procedures. Support users with self-service solutions and digital HR tools. Contribute to an efficient and positive employee experience. Administer and manage HR-related information and documentation. Who Are You? We are looking for someone with a strong interest in HR and service who thrives in a role with many contact points. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and have the ability to build trust in dialogue with different stakeholders. We would like to see that you have: Post-secondary education in HR, personnel management, or similar field. 1-2 years of experience in HR-related work, administration, or customer service. Strong administrative skills and a structured work approach. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience working with digital systems and Office 365.
