RESPONSIBILITIES
We are on an exciting growth journey. Therefore, we are seeking you to lead and develop all aspects of the HR mission and who has the art of motivating and engaging ambitious employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for all of the company's HR processes, with the goal of making it easy to do the right thing for both managers and employees. You will be part of the company's management group and lead and supervise the specialists who belong to the HR function.
Your overall areas of responsibility are:
· Process ownership: facilitate governance, develop system support, and monitor and drive improvement efforts for the company's HR processes, such as our annual salary process and our recruitment process.
· Management support: provide advice and implementation support in, for example, leadership and personnel matters, recruitment, and team development.
· Work environment: drive systematic work environment efforts, health work, rehabilitation support, and labor union collaboration
· Competency development: analyze and support management with competency analyses and supply strategies
· Employment law: interpret and communicate collective agreements, and if necessary, establish legally sound agreements
· Change management: act as a change leader, create engagement, stimulate new ways of working in operations.
· Organizational development: support and analysis to the CEO and managers
· Management group work: prioritize, follow up, and initiate strategic development in the HR area based on the goals and strategies in the company's business and operations plan.
The HR Manager reports directly to the CEO.
QUALIFICATIONS
We see that you have a relevant university or college degree with a focus on HR/behavioral science, and have at least 8 years of work experience in qualified HR work, and your own management experience.
To succeed in the role, you have experience, commitment, and a desire to meet the organization's various needs through both development and by taking responsibility for implementing various processes. You challenge our existing ways of working and culture based on your experience and responsiveness. You have the ability to quickly get an overview, prioritize, and then create conditions for things to be accomplished. You are confident in leading and coaching employees and managers at all levels, have high integrity, and are clear in your communication. You take responsibility for moving the work forward and can handle a culture with fast decision-making.
